VENKATA KRISHNA RANDA believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- As ebooks and video course are digital products there is no any refunds on ebooks and video courses.
- For online trainings, you have to send us a mail at academy@venkatranda.com before the batch or training start. No refund will be processed once the training started.
- In case of complaints regarding our services drop mail us at academy@venkatranda.com
- In case of any Refunds approved by the VENKATA KRISHNA RANDA, it’ll take around 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
